Full Notification

At approximately 3:30a.m. this morning, a Male Adult (18yrs) who had been reported missing a few hours earlier was found.  The male told MBPD officers he had turned his phone off to save battery power and went for a walk on the beach. He was found at his car, which was parked in the lot at Morningside Drive and Center Place.
