Full Notification

It has been raining steady for over the past two hours.  It has been heavier in the south side of the city.  No issues at all in the Colby area.  Patrol officers and public works are continuously monitoring the area.  The National Weather Service will likely issue a flash flood watch for the Southern California mountain and desert areas.  Nothing specific to the Colby area, but it will be included in the area of the watch.  Be aware of your surroundings and monitor news and social media for updates.
