The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is pleased to announce the opening of the newly established Kern County East Bakersfield Allied Agency Collaborative which will be hosting an “open house” event on Thursday July 23, 2015, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Victoria Araujo Park located at the corner of Flower Street and Virginia Street in east Bakersfield.
The open house event will provide local residents with information which will highlight some of the services available to them at the Kern County Sheriff’s Office East Bakersfield Substation (1700 Flower Street). There will be informational booths, interactive displays, face painting, spay/neuter vouchers for $20 and back to school immunizations (vouchers for a child id kit will be available to the first 120 children immunized).
