Three Arrested in Connersville on Felony Drug Charges
Connersville – Three people were arrested at a residence at 412 ½ Western Ave. on Wednesday night as the result of an ongoing drug investigation. Troopers served a search warrant on the residence around 6:35 p.m. where they located pills believed to be Vicodin, Hydrocodone, Xanax and Oxycodone, among others.
Arrested was Daniel Sizemore Jr. charged with Dealing a Narcotic Drug, Level 5 Felony; Possession of a Narcotic Drug Level 6 Felony; Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Level 6 Felony, and Possession of a Controlled Substance, “A” Misdemeanor. His wife, Heather Sizemore, was charged with level 6 Felony Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
Also arrested was Albert Taylor, charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Level 6 Felony and Possession of a Narcotic Drug, Class “A” Misdemeanor. The three were lodged in the Fayette County Jail.
