Two Search Warrants Equals Four Arrests
Pendleton - The Pendleton District Meth Suppression Squad served two search warrants in two days and made four arrests as a result of ongoing investigations into the manufacture of Methamphetamine.
The team started about 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15th, by serving a warrant on a residence at 4108 N. Messick Rd., east of New Castle in rural Henry County.
As a result of the search warrant James D. Fields, age 36 and Rhonda G. Thompson, age 49, of the 4108 address, were arrested on multiple felony charges. Both are charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possessing the Precursors used in the manufacture of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Hypodermic needle and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, all Level 6 Felony charges.
In addition Thompson was charged with Level 6 Felony Neglect of a Dependent. Both were lodged in the Henry County Jail. Then around 1 a.m. on 7/16 the Pendleton District Meth Suppression Squad served a search warrant at 1600 N. Elm St, in Muncie, as part of an ongoing investigation into the manufacture of Methamphetamine.
As a result of that warrant Lori Rudisill, age 39, and Kevin Rudisill Sr., age 48 of that address, were arrested on multiple Felony charges, which included; Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Level 5 Felony; Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Precursors, Dealing in Precursors, Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Neglect of a Dependent, all Level 6 Felony charges.
Both were lodged in the Delaware County Jail. One child was removed from the home by Division of Child Services. The Meth Suppression Squad was assisted in both investigations by the Henry County and Delaware County Prosecutor’s offices, State Parole Officers, Division of Child Services and Shirley Police Department K-9 officer Brian Pryor and his partner Huron.
