Weather Update:  The National Weather Service has advised there is a possibility of thunderstorms across Southern California from Saturday morning through Sunday night.  The thunderstorms could develop during the day or night and heavy rainfall rates are possible.  The city will be monitoring the Colby area during the weekend and is raising the alert level to Yellow.  Be aware of your surroundings and current weather conditions.  Please monitor city social media sites for updated information.
