On July 15th, 2015 at 12:42 pm, a Morgan Hill Officer stopped a vehicle on Curry Ave for having false registration tabs on the license plate. The officer contacted the driver who initially gave a false name. It was not until a finger print identification reader was brought out to the scene that the suspect’s real name, Juan Dominguez 50 was identified. Suspect Dominguez had an open container of beer on the floor board of his vehicle, as well as multiple baggies of methamphetamine hidden in the vehicle. Suspect Dominguez was arrested for driving on a suspended license, having false tabs, having an open container of alcohol, giving a false name to an officer and possession of narcotics for sale. He was later booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on the above charges.
