The Green Bay Police Department has arrested a man and referred charges over to the Brown County District Attorney's office in connection with the Torres-Smith homicide from June 8th, 2015.
All media personnel are invited to a news conference scheduled today at 2:00pm at the Green Bay Police Department. At that time we will share the name of the person arrested and any additional information or comment we can.
