EPHRATA, Wash. (14JULY2015) - The Grant County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a jail inmate which was discovered during a routine cell check just after 1:30 a.m. Tuesday July 14. Preliminary evidence indicates the inmate committed suicide.
Investigators have completed their on scene investigation. We are awaiting the confirmation that the inmate’s family has been notified. Once that is confirmed, we will be releasing additional information.
