NARRATIVE:
On Tuesday 7/14/15 at approximately 12:27 am, police responded to a noise complaint at a residence located on Whalepond Road. An investigation revealed that a party was in progress where alcohol was being consumed by persons under the age of 21.

Officers determined that at least 19 partygoers under the age of 21 had been drinking while at the residence. A further investigation identified the residents as Zachariah K. Bell, Hayley L. Bell and Jordan A. Bell. All three siblings were subsequently taken into custody and brought to the Township of Ocean Police Headquarters for further processing. Officers observed several beer kegs, numerous partially full and empty beer cups and cans throughout the home.

All three residents were criminally charged with providing a place for underage people to consume alcohol. Additionally the three were issued township ordinance violations for consuming alcoholic beverages while under the legal age to do so on private property and for violation of the township noise ordinance. All three were released on summons pending a court hearing.

Police also issued township ordinance violations to 16 partygoers for consuming alcoholic beverages while under the legal age on private property.
