On July 11th, 2015 at approximately 0450 hours the victim approached the front door of her residence and observed a black duffle bag (with unknown contents) at the base of the front steps. The victim then observed the suspect emerge from a partially opened window next to the front door. A scuffle ensued and the suspect pushed the victim into the grass and fled on foot with the bag northbound on Elmwood Ave. from Cedar St. The victim was not injured during the incident. The suspect was last seen traveling westbound through a hedge of bushes on the south side of 229 Elmwood Ave. Anyone with information about this incident or the identity of the suspect is asked to call Ofc.
