Subject arrested for drunk driving and assault with a dangerous weapon after a road rage incident 
ROAD RAGE/FELONY ASSAULT/ DRUNK DRIVER
Sheriff Joseph M Underwood Jr reports his office investigated a Drunk Driver/Road Rage incident on Saturday, July 11, 2015 around 1:00 pm. Deputies responded to Vandalia, Michigan after receiving a call of a subject having followed the complainant home. The Complainant said the suspect was driving aggressively, behaving erratic and brandished a knife.
Deputies were assisted in locating the suspect by the public, who called in about the drivers erratic behavior/driving after he left Vandalia. The suspect was located on M-40 near Dutch Settlement St in Cass County. Deputies made contact with the suspect, investigated and arrested the suspect for OWI(Drunk Driving), Reckless Driving and Felony Assault. The Driver was lodged at the Cass County Jail on those charges. Name of driver is being withheld pending arraignment on charges.
