Near COULEE CITY, Wash. (10JULY2015) – Efforts have been suspended tonight and will resume tomorrow morning to find the body of a man who went missing in Banks Lake this afternoon.
Grant County Sheriff’s Office Marine Unit deputies and Washington State Parks Rangers had been on the scene since around 5:30 p.m. trying to find the man who went missing while swimming. His family has been notified and we will not be releasing the victim’s identity tonight while his family is notifying loved ones of the situation.
We will provide updates on the search throughout the weekend.
