(Allen County, IN)-Both lanes of southbound I-69 at the 319 mile marker are now open to normal traffic flow.
It may take some time for the traffic congestion in that area to alleviate itself so motorists should continue to exercise patience and caution in that area.
The Allen County Sheriff Department is handling the crash investigation.
