The Menlo Park Police Department invite Menlo Park residents to participate in the annual National Night Out celebration hosted citywide on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Over 34 million people in more than 16,000 communities throughout the country will join forces with law enforcement to promote involvement in crime prevention activities, police-community partnerships, drug and violence prevention, safety, and neighborhood unity. Menlo Park residents are encouraged to participate by coming outside, getting to know your neighbors and the law enforcement officers that work in your community.
Many neighborhoods will be hosting a variety of special events such as block parties, cookouts, potlucks, dessert socials, and youth activities.
