The Green Bay Police Department is releasing the following information on a convicted sex offender who is being released into our community. This release of information will enhance public safety and raise community awareness.
Marcus E. Lewis was convicted of Child Sexploitation and 3rd Degree Sexual Assault. Mr. Lewis will be moving into the TLP, 1761 Shawano Av, on July 14th, 2015. Conditions of release are:
1) NO UNSUPERVISED CONTACT WITH MINORS; NO TAVERNS/BARS/LIQUOR STORES; NO CONTACT
WITH VICTIM; NOT TO CONSUME ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.
2) COMPLY WITH STANDARD SEX OFFENDER RULES; COOPERATE WITH ELECTRONIC MONITORING.
3) FACE-TO-FACE CONTACT WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT REQUIRED; COMPLY WITH ALL
REQUIREMENTS AND LIFETIME REGISTRANT OF WI SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION PROGRAM
Mr. Lewis will be on supervision until July 21, 2022.
