06/25/15 WTPD arrested Jesse Alvino, age 35, of Washington, NJ and Kayla Romanczuk, age 26, of Portland Pa., for shoplifting. On 06/25/15 at approximately 11:257 AM, patrol was dispatched to the Quick-Chek, on Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township for a reported shoplifting. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was determined that Mr. Alvino and Ms. Romanczuk had taken merchandise from the store without paying. Both parties were processed and issued summonses with mandatory court dates.

06/29/15 WTPD arrested Jamie Everet, age 36, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding $250.00 warrant out of Hackettstown. She was processed and released after posting bail.

06/29/15 WTPD arrested William Kanski, age 27, Washington NJ for simple assault. Mr. Kanski was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $2500.00 bail.

06/29/15 WTPD arrested Shelly Fisher, age 24, of Washington NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1000.00 out of Mansfield Township. On 06/29/15 at approximately 11:08 AM, patrol observed Ms. Fisher, who was known to have outstanding warrants, walking on Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Ms. Fisher, confirmed the active warrants and took her into custody without incident. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

06/29/15 WTPD arrested Cagney Moog, age 29, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

06/29/15 WTPD arrested Heather Sherman, age 22, of Washington NJ, for being a fugitive from justice wanted out of Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 06/29/15 at approximately 5:54 PM, patrol received information and responded to the Family Dollar on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Borough to locate Ms. Sherman. Upon the officer’s arrival, contact was made with Ms. Sherman, who was taken into custody without incident. Ms. Sherman was processed and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

07/01/15 WTPD arrested Gabriella Defillippis, age 22, of Washington NJ, for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. On 07/01/15 at approximately 10:56 AM, patrol observed Ms. Defillippis, who was known to have an outstanding warrant, walking on Rte. 57 and Rte. 31 in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Ms. Defillppis, confirmed the active warrant and took her into custody without incident. She was processed and released with a new court date.

07/01/15 WTPD arrested Larry Birnholz, age 54, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 07/01/15 at 7:18 PM, patrol was dispatched to the Washington Borough Pak for a report of illegal dumping. Upon the officer’s arrival, he located Mr. Birnholz dumping his trash into the Boroughs dumpster. He was issued a summons for the local ordinance and released with a court date.

07/01/15 WTPD arrested Stephen Guiloyle Jr., age 38, and Kermit Albertson Jr., age 39, both of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 07/01/15 at 9:15 PM, patrol was alerted to fireworks in the area of the 50 block of Grand Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival, he located a party and the source of the fireworks. Mr. Guilfoyle was belligerent and threatening towards his neighbors and the officers. Mr. Guilfoyle was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $500.00 bail. Mr. Albertson repeatedly interfered with the officers during their investigation and the subsequent arrest of Mr. Guilfoyle. Mr. Albertson was processed, issued a summons for the local ordinance and released with a court date.

07/03/15 WTPD arrested Lacy Hartman, age 33, of Washington NJ, for shoplifting. On 07/03/15 at approximately 8:50 PM, patrol was dispatched to Washington Discount Liquors on Rte. 31 N. in Washington Borough for a shoplifter. Upon patrols arrival, and subsequent investigation, Ms. Hartman was charged with shoplifting a $16.00 bottle of Vodka. Ms. Hartman was processed, issued a summons and released with a court date.

07/03/15 WTPD arrested Andy Trinh, age 19, of Belleville, NJ for eluding police, possession of a hand gun, aggravated assault on police, possession of a weapon (hand gun) in a motor vehicle, possession (CDS) heroin, possession with intent to distribute (CDS) heroin and possession of under less than 50 grams of marijuana. On 07/03/15 at 12:34 AM, patrol stopped Mr. Trinh for speeding on Jackson Valley Rd. in Washington Township. Mr. Trinh initially stopped for the officer but then sped off nearly striking the officer who was attempting to remove him from the vehicle. Mr. Trinh led the officer on a pursuit before crashing on Jackson Valley Rd. in Mansfield Township. Mr. Trinh was charged with eluding police, possession of a hand gun, aggravated assault on police, possession of a weapon (hand gun) in a motor vehicle, possession (CDS) heroin, possession with intent to distribute (CDS) heroin and possession of under less than 50 grams of marijuana. He was additionally issued motor vehicle summonses for speeding, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to maintain marked lanes, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and failure to wear a seatbelt. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $50,000.00 bail. The WTPD were assisted at the scene by Mansfield Township PD, Mansfield Township Emergency squad, the Mansfield Township Fire Department, Tri-County Fire Department, Mt. Bethel Fire Department, Warren County Serious Collision and Reconstruction Team and the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.

07/03/15 WTPD arrested Sonya Almeida, age 31, of Washington NJ, for a $100.00 outstanding out of Parsippany-Troy Hills NJ. On 07/03/15 at approximately 9:57 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop of Rte. 57 W. in Washington Borough for an expired registration. The investigation revealed that Ms. Almedia had an outstanding warrant. Ms. Almedia was processed and issued several motor vehicle summonses for unregistered motor vehicle, failure to inspect, front view obstruction and failure to exhibit documents. She was released with a court after posting bail.

07/04/15 WTPD arrested Lawrence Walls, age 39, of Easton Pa., for disorderly conduct and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 07/04/15 at 12:23 AM, patrol was dispatched to a residence on S. Wandling Ave in Washington Borough for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Walls was charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

07/04/15 WTPD arrested Cassandra Lehtonen, age 24, of West Cladwell, NJ and Parker Greenough, age 22, of Washington NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 07/04/15 at approximately 2:16 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for an equipment violation on Jackson Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in both Ms.Lehtonen and Mr. Greenough being charged with local ordinances for open container of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle. Ms.Lehtonen was additionally charged with possessing than 50 grams of marijuana as well as issued motor vehicle summonses for maintenance of lamps and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. Both subjects were processed and released with court dates.

07/04/15 WTPD arrested Lindsay Massaro, age 30, of Branchville, NJ and Eli Dagostino, age 32, of Hackettstown NJ, both for local ordinances of animal cruelly and maintaining a nuisance. On 07/04/15 at approximately 2:11 PM, an officer on foot patrol in Washington Borough was alerted to a dog that was locked in a car on Belvidere Ave. After all attempts to locate the owner failed, the dog was removed from vehicle by patrol and taken to WTPD headquarters to be kenneled. A short while later, Ms. Massaro and Mr. Dagostino responded to WTPD headquarters and removed the dog from the kennel without authorization. Both subjects were issued local ordinance summonses for animal cruelty and maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released with court dates.

07/04/15 WTPD arrested Christopher Rossetti, age 27, of Stewartsville, NJ for a local ordinance of littering. On 07/04/15 at approximately 4:16 PM, after the 4th of July Parade, a patrol officer observed Mr. Rossetti throw a lit cigarette at the parade spectators / pedestrians on Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. Mr. Rossetti was issued a summons for the local ordinance and released with a court date.

07/04/15 WTPD arrested Cody Hurd, age 24, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 07/04/15 at approximately 7:55 PM, patrol observed Mr. Hurd setting off fireworks in the middle of Monroe St. in Washington Borough. The officer charged Mr. Hurd with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

07/04/15 WTPD arrested Bradley Breslin, age 35, of Basking Ridge NJ, for a local ordinance of open container of an alcoholic beverage in public. On 07/04/15 at approximately 2:02 PM, a foot patrol officer on Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough, observed Mr. Breslin with an open container of an alcoholic beverage. The officer charged Mr. Breslin with a local ordinance for open container of an alcoholic beverage in public. He was processed and released with a court date.

07/04/15 WTPD arrested Michelle Kappes, age 21, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 07/04/15 at approximately 9:18 PM, patrol officer on foot for the 4th of July Fireworks display was alerted to a dispute in the 60 block of Carlton Ave in Washington Borough. The investigation resulted in Ms. Kappes being charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a court date.

07/05/15 WTPD arrested Erik Neuls, age 36, of Washington NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 07/05/15 at approximately 5:07 PM, patrol encountered Mr. Neuls walking in traffic on Belvidere Ave in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Neuls being charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Neuld was processed and released with a court date.

07/05/15 WTPD arrested Richard Catena, age 36, of Hackettstown NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 07/05/15 at approximately 12:48 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for an equipment violation in the 200 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Catena being charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Catena was also issued motor vehicle summonses for a front view obstruction and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. Mr. Catena was processed and released with a court date.

07/05/15 WTPD arrested Richard Iannone, age 50, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 07/05/15 at approximately 10:58 AM, patrol located Mr. Iannone on W. Washington Ave and Lincoln Ave in Washington Borough where they attempted to serve him paperwork. Mr. Iannone who was belligerent became disorderly and aggressive towards the officer. Mr. Iannone was arrested without incident, processed and released with a court date.

07/05/15 WTPD arrested Richard Rinehart, age 30, of Hackettstown NJ and Tyler Piotrowski, age 25, of Hackettstown NJ, both for local ordinances of maintaining a nuisance. On 07/05/15 at approximately 6:15 AM, patrol was dispatched to a disturbance at the Mid-Town Apartments in the 64-68 block of E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and investigation, it was revealed that both Mr. Rinehart and Mr. Piotrowski had thrown and smashed a plastic play set located in the common area of the apartment building. Both subjects were issued local ordinance summonses for maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released with court dates
