Prairie Grove Police needs your help to ID a driver in a hit-and-run around 8pm Sunday Night on Rt 176 & Bayview Beach Rd 
Prairie Grove Police Chief Lyons said the boy was headed east on Route 176 near Bayview Beach Rd shortly after 8pm Sunday when a truck struck the boy from behind and fled.
The boy was flown to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge with serious, but not life-threatening injuries. The teen is in stable condition.
