Robbery
Location: 5100 Block of Stevens Creek Boulevard
An unknown male subject entered a store on the 5100 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard and robbed the clerk at knife point. The suspect fled the scene and was not located.

Monday, June 29, 2015

Robbery
Location: 2700 Block of El Camino Real
An officer was dispatched to the 2700 block of El Camino Real to investigate a robbery. According to witnesses, three suspects entered the store and went in different directions. The suspects cut the security cords to the store’s hard line phones and ran out of the store with merchandise. An employee tried to stop one of the suspects and was knocked to the ground. Witnesses observed the suspects flee the area in a silver Nissan. The suspects are outstanding. The Investigations Division has been provided the police report and evidence for an investigation.

Theft
Location: 3100 Block of Mission College Boulevard
Between 2240 hours and 2309 hours, an incident of vandalism and theft from a vehicle occurred in a parking lot on the 3100 block of Mission College Boulevard. An unknown suspect smashed the right-rear passenger's window and removed a purse, passport and jewelry. The suspect fled the scene and remains outstanding. A witness observed a dark colored BMW drive away from the scene.

Location: 2800 Block of Stevens Creek Boulevard
The victim’s locked vehicle was parked on the 2800 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. An unknown suspect(s) broke into the victim's vehicle and stole a laptop computer. The suspect(s) remain at large.

Burglary
Location: 2300 Block of Park Avenue
Between the hours of 0700 and 1224 hours, a residential burglary occurred on the 2300 block of Park Avenue. The unknown suspect(s) forced entry through a rear living room window. The suspect(s) stole a television, jewelry, tools, a pistol, prescription medication and multiple consumables. The suspect(s) remain at large.

Warrant Arrest – Felony
Location: 1600 Block of Hope Drive
An officer was dispatched to the 1600 block of Hope Drive on the report of one male and one female subject trespassing on the property. Officers located the subjects on Lick Mill Boulevard at Tasman Drive. A Records check revealed the male subject had a $50,000 felony warrant for his arrest. He was in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and transported to the Santa Clara County Jail. The female subject was admonished for trespassing in the apartment complex.

Driving Under the Influence
Location: 1300 Block of White Drive
An officer responded to the 1300 block of White Drive to investigate a vehicle that collided into a parked vehicle. During the officer’s investigation, it was determined the female suspect was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Santa Clara County Jail.

Drunk in Public
Location: 1000 Block of Monroe Street
Police and Fire personnel were dispatched to the 1000 block of Monroe Street on the report of a male subject who had collapsed in Franklin Mall. It was determined the subject was extremely intoxicated. He was transported to a local hospital for care.
Meanwhile, SCPD’s Nuisance Suppression Unit admonished the employee of the off-sale retailer for selling alcohol to an intoxicated individual. The incident was documented in writing and forwarded to the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control for follow-up.

Suspicious Circumstances
Location: 1700 Block of Nantucket Circle
Police and Fire personnel were dispatched to the 1700 block of Nantucket Circle on the report of a female who fell from a second floor balcony. It appeared the woman climbed on top of the hand rail of her second floor balcony in an attempt to gain access to the roof to watch fireworks. Witnesses stated she had been consuming alcoholic beverages to the point where she was staggering.
Due to a head injury, the subject was in an altered state of consciousness. She was taken to a local hospital with significant injuries.

The sale, purchase, transport, storage or use of fireworks, including sparklers, are illegal in Santa Clara County (except safe and sane fireworks in the City of Gilroy). Fines are set at $350 for a first offense, $700 for the second and $1,000 for additional violations.
