7/3/15: Absecon Police Detectives where investigating narcotics activity and conducting surveillance in several areas of the city on Friday night.
During the investigation a male was observed loitering on private property and acting suspicious. The suspect was identified as Jonathan A Baake, age 30 of Galloway Twp. As a result of a brief investigation, the suspect was arrested by Detectives Gadd, Levin, and Huenke and charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe, possession of narcotics paraphernalia, as well as loitering in an area with the purpose to obtain a controlled dangerous substance.
He was charged by Detective Mitch Levin and was released on a summons.
