Traffic signal outage at Atlantic & Garvey for an undetermined time, but still open to thru traffic. Use Garfield as an alternate route. 
So. California Edison is working on the traffic signal at Atlantic Bl & Garvey Ave. The signal will be out for an undetermined time. Although, the signal is on "Flashing Red" and the intersection is still open to thru traffic. Consider using Garfield as an alternate route.
