A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared.
The Richmond Police Department is investigating the disappearance of an adult male from Richmond, Indiana. Richmond is located approximately 73 miles East of Indianapolis, Indiana. Charles W. Provance is a 70 year old white male, 6 feet tall, weighing 200 pounds, with grey hair and green eyes. He has a tattoo image on his right upper arm of a blue rose with the words “Mildred Elvira”. Mr. Provance was last seen wearing a plaid button-up shirt, dark blue jeans, camouflage shoes and a grey hat with the letters “CPR”. Mr. Provance was last seen on Wednesday July 1, 2015, at approximately 3:15 pm EST, is believed to be in danger, and may require medical attention. Mr. Provance is believed to be traveling in a maroon 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 single cab, long bed truck with Indiana plate TK853MAQ.
