Alameda 4th of July Parade Information

Here are some basic Alameda 4th July Parade details to help you plan your day around town!

- Our parade route is the second longest in the United States at 3.3 miles!

- Over 200 Entries will be participating in the parade.

- Judging Stand is at the corner of Park Street and Alameda Avenue

- Mayors Reviewing Stand is at the corner of Webster Street and Santa Clara Avenue



7:00 am - The Bus Stops on Webster Street will be moved to Constitution Way and Eighth Street. Regular Bus Stops on Park Street moved to Broadway.

7:00 am - Lincoln Ave staging area closes (Grand Street - Park Street).

8:15 am - Entire parade route closes to traffic.

9:00 am - SK Foot race starts at 1416 Park Street in front of Bank Of Marin.

10:00 am - Parade starts at Park Street and Lincoln Ave

2:00 pm - Approximate time parade is over

Please refer to the attached maps for street closures and ways to navigate around town during the parade

- Follow the Green Line on the map to get from one side of town to the other.

- The Red line is the parade route and you cannot cross from 8 am until the parade is over. Buena Vista Avenue is the only through street East to West Broadway Avenue and High Street are the only through streets North to South.
