The Pomona Police Department is reminding the community that all fireworks, to include the Safe & Sane products, are illegal within the City of Pomona.
Residents are also reminded that celebratory gunfire is illegal and could result in a tragedy. Violators are subject to arrest that can result in jail time or fines up to $1,000.
