The Hackettstown Department of Public Works will be collecting tree limbs that came down during yesterdays storm starting today(7/1/15) and ending on Monday(7/6/15). The streets included are East Baldwin St, East Prospect St, East Valley View Ave, Countryside Dr, Countryside Lane, Hamilton Dr, Old Allamuchy Rd, High St and all side streets in that area. Tree limbs should be placed curbside and not in the roadway. The town will not collect tree limbs in excess of 12” in diameter. All limbs placed curbside must be the result of yesterdays storm. The town will only pick up tree limbs, no bushes or shrubs. Any questions contact the DPW building at 908-852-2320 during regular business hours.
