Mandatory Evacuation Order Reduced to Warning for Cebada Canyon. All other Evacuation Warnings Lifted. 
The Mandatory Evacuation order for Cebada Canyon has been reduced to an Evacuation Warning. Residents can return to their homes. A road block is in place at Cebada Canyon and SR 246. Only residents who live in Cebada Canyon will be allowed access.
All of the Evacuation Warning restrictions in other areas have been lifted.
