QUINCY, Wash. (29JUNE2015) – A 57-year-old Quincy man was critically injured Monday afternoon during a collision southeast of Quincy.
Daniel Lee was driving a 1968 Chevrolet pickup east on Road 8-Northwest when he lost control just west of Road O-Northwest around 5:30 p.m. His truck left the road to the south, struck and embankment and rolled once. Lee was ejected and landed in an irrigation canal.
Lee was taken by ambulance to Quincy Valley Medical Center and later flown by MedStar to Providence-Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane. His injuries are life-threatening.
The collision is under investigation by the Grant County Sheriff’s Motor Traffic Unit.
