GCSO notified of one Paradiso concertgoer death; detective assigned to investigate
GRANT COUNTY, Wash. (29JUNE2015) - The Grant County Sheriff’s Office was notified this afternoon that a male Paradiso concert attendee died Sunday morning June 28 at Confluence Health-Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee. A Grant County major crimes detective was immediately assigned to investigate.
Early indication suggests this death may be drug and/or heat related.
Since the victim died within Chelan’s jurisdiction, the identity of the victim along with official cause and manner of death will be released by the Chelan County Coroner’s Office.
“I want the victim’s family to know how sorry I am for their loss, and to know that I have committed a major crimes detective to investigate and find out what happened,” said Sheriff Tom Jones.
