Incidents 441 Reports 47

#007 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest

At 6:43am, Officer Fuellenbach conducted a vehicle stop in the 40000 block of Witherspoon and contacted the male driver.  The male (30 years old/Fremont) was ultimately arrested for possession of suspected methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and two outstanding warrants.

#010 Warrant Arrest

At 7:42am, Officer Montojo conducted a vehicle stop near Mowry/State and contacted the male driver.  The male (47 years old/Stockton) was ultimately arrested for an outstanding warrant.

#015 Residential Burglary

Between 8:00am on 06/22/15 and 1:00pm on 06/24/15, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 4000 block of Rector as it was being fumigated.  The loss was electronics and jewelry.

#025 Possession of Burglary Tools Arrest

At 11:45am, Officer Ramsey contacted a female (33 years old/Fremont) near Brown/Mission.  A probation search revealed the female had burglary tools in her possession. The female was arrested. 

#033 Robbery

At 4:38pm, a female victim was walking to her vehicle in the Target parking lot (HUB) when a female suspect came up to her and forcefully took a necklace from victim’s neck.  The female was described as a black female adult, in her 20’s, wearing a yellow/blue/green tank top and black jeans.  Officers checked the area with negative results.

#036 Residential Burglary

Between 9:30am and 2:30pm, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 1100 block of Lemos by smashing a rear window.  The loss was electronics.

#039 Residential Burglary

Between 8:00am and 6:00pm, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 3400 block of Sutton Loop by smashing a window.  The loss was electronics and jewelry.

#046 Possession of a Loaded Handgun Arrest

At 9:04pm, Officer N. Johnson was dispatched to 4300 block of Mockingbird in regards to a suspicious vehicle.  Officer Johnson located the vehicle and contacted the occupants.  Officer Johnson ultimately arrested two males (Both 22 years old/both from Union City) for possession of a loaded handgun.

#048 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest

At 10:54pm, Officer Hernandez contacted a group of persons near a vehicle in the Motel 6 North parking lot.  The male driver (22 years old/Hayward) was ultimately arrested for possession of suspected cocaine.

#003 Warrant Arrest

At 12:18am, Officer Liu contacted two pedestrians in the middle of the road near Central/Fremont.  A male (53 years old/San Francisco) was ultimately arrested for an outstanding warrant.

#008 Driving Under the Influence

At 2:09am, Officer Liu conducted a vehicle stop near Central/Dusterberry and contacted the male driver (26 years old/Hayward).  The male was ultimately arrested for driving under the influence.

#018 & #019 Commercial Burglaries

Around 5:45am, two businesses, located next door to each other, in the 46000 block of Warm Springs were entered by smashing glass doors.  The loss was cash.

#020 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest

At 12:28pm, Officer Montojo stopped a bicyclist near Mowry/Farwell.  The male (33 years old/Fremont) was ultimately arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

#035 Disorderly Conduct Arrest

At 7:04pm, officers were dispatched to Washington Hospital regarding an intoxicated male.  Officers contacted the male (28 years old/Fremont) and ultimately arrested him for being drunk in public.

#003 Under the Influence Arrest

At 12:54am, officers were dispatched to a family disturbance at a residence on the 32000 block of Clear Lake.  Officers arrived on scene and contacted a male (31 years old/Fremont) outside of the residence.  The male was ultimately arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

#008 Commercial Burglary

Around 2:50am, unknown suspect(s) entered a business in the 35000 block of Fremont by smashing the glass door.  The loss was cash.

#009 Commercial Burglary

Between 9:30pm on 06/27/15 and 7:43am on 06/28/15, unknown suspects entered a business in the 34000 block of Fremont by smashing the front window.  The loss was cash.

#014 Grand Theft

At 12:13pm, officers were dispatched to the T-mobile at Pacific Commons in regards to a theft.  The employees stated a male walked into the store and stole three cell phones after clipping the security wires. The suspect was described as a black male adult, mid 20’s, goatee with gold highlights, black baseball cap, grey sweat shirt, green jeans and green sneakers.  Officers checked the area with negative results.

#018 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest

At 12:55pm, Officer Foster contacted two known males near Lincoln Ct/Lincoln St.  One male (60 years old/Fremont) was ultimately cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

#022 Disorderly Conduct Arrest

At 3:01pm, Officer Harvey was dispatched to the 39000 block of Argonaut Way in regards to a female screaming for help.  Officer Harvey arrived and contacted a female (51 years old/Fremont).  The female was ultimately arrested for being drunk in public.

#023 Attempted Residential Burglary

Between 2:00pm on 06/27/2015 and 2:30pm on 06/28/2015, unknown suspect(s) attempted to enter a residence in the 34000 block by entering a doggy door.

#027 Possession of a Switchblade Knife Arrest

At 6:17pm, Officers Rose and Stillitano contacted a known male near Niles/Vallejo.  The male (25 years old/Hayward) was ultimately arrested for being in possession of a switchblade knife.

#028 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest

At 7:06pm, Officer Catassi contacted a bicyclist near Grimmer/Bay.  The male (37 years old/Hayward) was ultimately arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
