On June 28, 2015, at 0452 hours, the Burlington Police Department received a call regarding a burglary that had just occurred on Greene St. The victim reported being woken by an unknown male who was standing next to her bed while shining a light on her. The male reportedly made a lewd and lascivious request / demand to the victim, however at no time was force used, nor did an assault take place. The suspect reportedly left minutes after waking the resident, and took her cell phone prior to his departure.
The suspect was described to be a clean cut male in his late 20s, with dark short hair, distinctly dark, prominent eyebrows, tan skin, and a medium build. The male was wearing a dark colored, possibly black sweatshirt and dark colored shorts. The Chittenden Unit for Special investigations is asking anyone with information about any of these incidents to please call them at 652-6800. These incidents are still currently under investigation.
