The LBPD & Civil Service Department will host a law enforcement career fair on Saturday, June 27, 2015. Learn about career opportunities with the Long Beach Police Department, including Police Recruit, Public Safety Dispatcher (9-1-1 operators), Special Services Officer, and positions in the area of Forensics. Information on the Police Department's volunteer program will also be available.
SWAT, K-9, Motors, and the Public Safety Dive Team will have displays on hand, and the L.B.P.D. helicopter "Fox" will also be on site and available for viewing.
The event will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., at the Long Beach Police Academy, 7290 E. Carson Street (behind Lowe’s at the LB Towne Center).
