Burglaries on the rise in the East District and police want residents to be on alert.

A total of 15 televisions were taken during residential burglaries between 06/06/2015-06/19/2015. The largest was a 55 inch flat screen. APD needs residence to report suspicious vehicles and people they see in their area. APD is also asking residents to secure any items left outside. Washers, Dryers, Yard Tools, Lawn Equipment, and Bicycles should be put away or secured in a shed.
