...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DETROIT/PONTIAC HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING IN SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN... Lower Rouge River .Heavy rain Sunday through early Monday morning has caused the river to rise above flood stage and crest early this morning. With no rain in the forecast for the next 24 hours the river level will slowly drop back below flood stage today. The National Weather Service Detroit/Pontiac has issued a

* Flood warning for the Lower Rouge River in Inkster and Dearborn.

* From now until further notice.

* At 2 AM Wednesday the stage is 10.6 feet and rising.

* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring.

* The river level has crested

* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 11.9 feet on Aug 11 2014. &&

* AFFECTED AREAS: WAYNE
