#004 Residential Burglary

Sometime during the afternoon of 06/21/15, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 48000 block of Green Valley through an open second story window.  The loss was unknown at the time of this report.

#005 Reckless Driving

At 1:00am, several groups of street racers entered Fremont, from Milpitas, and began to stage in the areas of Page/Milmont and Fremont/Lakeview.  Several officers were sent to each area to prevent racing from occurring.  Each location had about 50 vehicles setting up for racing.  Officer Taylor stopped a vehicle that was fleeing the area recklessly and arrested/cited the male driver (18 years old/Oakland). 

#006 Armed Robbery

At 1:55am, a victim reported that he was at the 7-11 Mission/Niles when he was approached by five persons.  Two suspects had pistols and two suspects had shotguns.  The suspects demanded the victim’s wallet and then fled on foot towards the Alameda Creek Trail.  The suspects were described as four black male adults between 18-23 years old and one black female adult between 18-23 years old.  Officers searched the area with negative results.

#014 Under the Influence Arrest

At 8:30am, officers were dispatched to Tri City Volunteer on Joseph in regards to a female who was possibly under the influence.  Officers Goepp and Baca contacted a female (46 years old/Fremont) and ultimately arrested her for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

#017 Warrant Arrest

At 9:23am, Officer Hernandez contacted a male near the 37000 block of 3^rd after Officer Hernandez observed him with an open container.  The male (51 years old/Fremont) was ultimately arrested for multiple outstanding warrants.

#018 Commercial Burglary

Between 6:00am and 6:45am, unknown suspect(s) entered Glankler Special Needs School by prying open a door.  The loss was several electronics.

#024 Disorderly Conduct

At 11:26am, Officer Foster was in the area of Walnut/Fremont when he observed a known male (44 years old/Fremont) urinating in public.  The male was ultimately arrested for being drunk in public.

#032 Possession of a Controlled Substance / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest

At 2:51pm, Officer Hernandez stopped a known male (43 years old/Fremont) near Country/Fremont.  The male was ultimately arrested for possession of suspected methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and for an outstanding warrant.

#045 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest

At 8:36pm, Officer Taylor led a team of officers to the 500 block of Posada for a probation search.  A female (29 years old/Fremont) was contacted and ultimately arrested for possession of suspected methamphetamine and possession of prescription pills without a prescription.

#050 Under the Influence Arrest

At 10:34pm, Officer Taylor contacted a male in the 500 block of Posada.  The male (30 years old/Fremont

At 11:54pm, Office Roberts contacted a male in the 200 block of Franciscan.  The male (36 years old/Fremont) was ultimately arrested for an outstanding warrant.
