Petty Theft
Location: 3000 Block of Stevens Creek Boulevard
An officer was dispatched to Macy's Men's store on the 3000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard on the report of a theft. The suspect entered the store and concealed clothing items inside of a shoulder bag. The suspect walked out of the store without making any attempts to pay for the items, valued at $230. The suspect was approached by Macy’s Loss Prevention personnel after exiting the store. The suspect was arrested, issued a Santa Clara Police Notice to Appear Citation and released from the scene.

Armed Robbery
Location: 1500 Block of Vista Club Circle
The victim was parked near the entrance of an apartment complex on the 1500 block of Vista Club unloading items from the vehicle. Upon returning to the vehicle to gather the remaining items, an unknown subject emerged from behind a nearby tree. The subject had a firearm drawn and pointed it at the victim and spouse. The subject was described as a black male adult, approximately 6' 3" tall, thin and was wearing a white hoodie sweatshirt, a black T-shirt and black pants. The suspect had the T-shirt pulled up to cover the lower portion of his face and the hood of the sweatshirt over his head. They were robbed of approximately $50-$60 before the subject fled the scene. The subject remains at large.

Armed Robbery
Location: 1900 Block of Halford Avenue
The victim was on a phone standing near a car in the parking lot on the 1900 block of Halford Avenue when a suspect came up behind the victim and demanded cash and jewelry. The suspect was pointing a gun at the victim and was described as a black male adult in his late 20's to early 30's, 6 feet tall, dressed in black clothing wearing a hoody over his head. The victim was robbed of approximately $150 before the suspect fled north through the parking lot next to the Lawrence Expressway wall onto Klamath. Officers set up a perimeter and conducted a search with a canine, however the suspect remains at large.

Burglary
Location: 900 Block of Lincoln Street
An officer was dispatched to a reported burglary in the laundry room of an apartment complex on the 900 block of Lincoln Street. On arrival, the officer met with the on-site manager. It was determined the unknown suspect(s) forced entry into five coins boxes, removed the coins and placed the coin boxes back in place in their respective machines. The suspect(s) remain at large.

Warrant Arrest
Location: 2400 Block of El Camino Real
An officer contacted a female subject in a motel parking lot on the 2400 block of El Camino Real. A Records check revealed she had four felony no-bail warrants for her arrest and was on searchable felony probation for drug-related offenses. A search of her person yielded drug paraphernalia. She was arrested and booked in the Santa Clara County Jail.

Grand Theft
Location: 3000 Block of Stevens Creek Boulevard
Between 1920 hours and 2247 hours a theft occurred in a parking lot on the 3000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. The unknown suspect(s) broke into the victim's vehicle via the rear passenger side window and stole items valued at approximately $3,400. The suspect(s) remain at large.

Vandalism and Petty Theft
Location: 3100 Block of Mission College Boulevard
Between 2200 hours on 6/16/15 and 0010 hours on 6/17/15, a vandalism and theft from a vehicle occurred in a parking lot on the 3100 block of Mission College Boulevard. An unknown suspect(s) broke the passenger's side rear window of the victim's vehicle and removed property. The vehicle’s owner estimated the property damage at $400. Victims #2 and #3 had personal belongings taken estimated at $60 each. The suspect(s) remains outstanding.

Hit and Run
Location: Central Expressway and Lafayette Street
An officer came upon an abandoned vehicle blocking the #2 and # 3 lanes of westbound Central Expressway near Lafayette Street. Upon closer inspection, the vehicle had major damage to its right side; both tires were flat. It appeared the vehicle struck the north curb line after making a left turn from Lafayette Street at a high rate of speed. The driver was nowhere to be found. The officer attempted to make contact with the vehicle’s registered owner without success.

Prowler
Location: 3400 Block of Forbes Avenue
At approximately 2024 hours, a male suspect entered the gated back yard of the victim’s single family residence and stared at them through the back sliding door. The suspect fled on foot when the victims saw him and he remains at large.

Drug Arrest
Location: 2200 Block of El Camino Real
An officer conducted a welfare check on a male subject sleeping on the bus bench at El Camino Real and Los Padres Boulevard. A Records check revealed the subject was out of compliance with registering as a sex offender. He was also in possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested and transported to the Santa Clara County Jail.

Drug Arrest
Location: Warburton Avenue and Lafayette Street
An officer conducted a foot patrol on the pedestrian bridge near Warburton Avenue and Lafayette Street. The officer contacted a male subject carrying a backpack and an open can of beer on the south end of the bridge. The subject consented to a search of his person and his backpack. During the search, the officer located a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and an iPad. The subject stated he found the iPad in a garbage can on Lafayette Street near Santa Clara Street. The subject gave permission to the officer to open and check the iPad for the name of the owner. The officer identified the owner. The officer arrested the subject for the drug violations and transported him to the Santa Clara County Jail. The officer attempted to make contact with the owner of the iPad.
