On April 07 2015, suspect Victor Granados (24 years old, 5’ 10”, 250 lb) got into a verbal dispute with a family member which soon escalated into the suspect trying to stab the family member with a knife before being restrained. Upon learning that deputies were responding, the suspect vowed that he would come back and kill the victim. The weapon used was recovered at the scene. The suspect lives in the City of Canyon Country. Anyone with information to the suspect’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station or Detective Barretto at (661) 255-1121.
