...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EDT SUNDAY... THE FLOOD WATCH IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR

* A PORTION OF CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...ADAMS...CUMBERLAND...DAUPHIN...LANCASTER...LEBANON... PERRY...SCHUYLKILL AND YORK.

* UNTIL 8 AM EDT SUNDAY

* HEAVY RAINFALL FROM THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL STORM BILL WILL MOVE ACROSS THE ACROSS THE AREA OVERNIGHT. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE IN THE WATCH AREA. URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IS POSSIBLE. LARGER STREAMS AND RIVERS SHOULD REMAIN WITHIN THEIR BANKS.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ADAMS ... CUMBERLAND ... DAUPHIN ... LANCASTER ... LEBANON ... PERRY ... SCHUYLKILL ... YORK
