Traffic Advisory for upcoming Presidential visit impacting Pasadena roadways on June 19, 2015. Avoid areas adjacent to Rose Bowl, #PPD
ADVISEMENT: Avoid traffic congestion in Pasadena during a visit of the President of the United States in the Los Angeles area on June 18 & 19, 2015. The following areas of Pasadena should be avoided on Friday, June 19, 2015:
•Seco Street between West Drive and Lincoln Avenue from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
•West Drive between Linda Vista Avenue to Salvia Canyon Road from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
•Rosemount Avenue between Prospect Terrace and North Arroyo Boulevard from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
•Rosemount Avenue between North Arroyo Boulevard and Seco Street from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Most of the lawn and parking lot areas outside the Rose Bowl will be closed in addition to road closures.
Additionally, a Temporary Flight Restriction has been imposed. Flights/(aerial) operations, including unmanned aircrafts and model rockets, will not be permitted within a 30 NM radius unless authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration after consultation with the United States Secret Service (USSS).
