#009 Warrant Arrest

At 6:52am, Officer Nordseth conducted a warrant service in the 41000 block of Joyce.  A male (44 years old/Fremont) was located and arrested for three outstanding warrants.

#011 Driving without a License

At 8:42am, Officer Ramsey conducted a vehicle stop near Fremont/Cushing and contacted the female (20 years old/San Jose) driver.  The female was ultimately cited for driving while unlicensed.

#013 Warrant Service

At 8:50am, Officer Francisco conducted a security check of Motel 6 North.  Officer Francisco contacted a female (23 years old) and ultimately arrested her for an outstanding out of county warrant.

#014 Disorderly Conduct Arrest

At 10:21am, a citizen advised Officer Montojo that an unknown person was passed out on the sidewalk near 2650 Mowry.  Officer Montojo located a female (54 years old/Hayward) and ultimately arrested her for being drunk in public.

#018 Unlicensed Driver

At 12:22pm, Officer Hughes conducted a vehicle stop near Paseo Padre/Washington and contacted the female driver (18 years old/Fremont).  The female was ultimately cited for driving without a license.

#029 Indecent Exposure

At 4:37pm, a 43 year old female was walking near Paseo Padre/Surry when a dark colored full size GMC pulled up next to her.  The female looked at the male driver and noticed he was exposing himself to her from inside the vehicle.  The male was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 30 years old, 6’0”, 190 pounds, short black hair, clean shaven and wearing a black t-shirt.

#004 Possession of a Controlled Substance

At 1:34am, Officer Liu conducted a vehicle stop near San Juan/Cyprus and contacted the male driver (24 years old/Fremont).  The male was ultimately arrested for possession of prescription pills without a prescription. 

#005 Warrant Arrest

At 2:10am, Officer Fuellenbach saw a known male (52 years old/Fremont), riding his bicycle, in the 5400 block of Wallace.  Officer Fuellenbach knew the male had several outstanding warrants and attempted to stop him.  The male reached his home and fled inside.  A perimeter was set up and the male was ultimately apprehended in the backyard.  The male was arrested and transported to Santa Rita. 

#007 Under the Influence Arrest

At 3:33am, Officer Collins was dispatched to the area of Elisa Co regarding a male standing in front of a person’s home, in a flower bed,  yelling.  The male (24 years old/Fremont) was contacted and ultimately arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
