Putnamville Meth Suppression Troopers Arrest Four
Vigo County—This morning at 11:00, Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Troopers from the Putnamville Post arrived at an apartment house at 1125 South 7th to investigate reports of possible methamphetamine related drug activity. During a search of Apartment C, troopers found trace amounts of methamphetamine and numerous items of methamphetamine drug paraphernalia. Two men were taken into custody and incarcerated in the Vigo County Jail.
Arrested: Douglas Eugene Poulter, age 46, of Terre Haute, IN.
Arrested: Coleman Durham, age 58, of Terre Haute, IN.
Felony charges for both: Possession of Methamphetamine; Possession of Paraphernalia; and Maintaining a Common Nuisance
At 1:30 this afternoon, ISP Meth Suppression Troopers served a Vigo County search warrant on Apartment D at 1125 South 7th. During a search of the apartment, troopers located an active “one pot” meth lab, paraphernalia, trace amounts of methamphetamine, over $3000 in cash, and two firearms. A man and a woman were incarcerated in the Vigo County Jail.
Arrested: Melissa S. Craig, age 34, of Terre Haute, IN.
Arrested: Mike Robbins, age 54, of Terre Haute, IN.
Charges for both: Possession of Methamphetamine; Manufacturing Methamphetamine; Possession of Precursors; Maintaining a Common Nuisance; and Illegal Dumping of Controlled Waste

Both cases were investigated by ISP Meth Suppression Troopers Shilo Raulston, B.J. Patterson, and Adam Edwards. Assisting were ISP Trooper Mike Finney and K-9 “Boomer” and Master Trooper Hans Nowak.
Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
