This incident occurred on Friday 06-12-15 at approximately 12:00pm when Gabriel and several other subjects were hanging out in the courtyard of 563 Via Altamira in the city of Montebello. Gabriel and the other subjects were approached by an unknown suspect who initiated an argument with Gabriel. The suspect brandished a handgun and shot Gabriel several times. The suspect then fled the scene in an unknown direction.
