06/05/15 WTPD arrested Jeffrey Kain, age 26, of Oxford NJ, for theft of moveable property. On 04/30/15 at approximately 7:09 PM, patrol was dispatched to Warren County Liquors in the 200 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for a theft of alcoholic beverages captured on store video. The investigation resulted in Mr. Kain being charged with theft of moveable property. He was processed and released with a court date.

06/05/15 WTPD arrested Christian Roberts, age 52, of Rockaway NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Roberts was processed and issued a new court date.

06/05/15 WTPD arrested Shelly Fisher, age 19, of Washington NJ, for being a fugitive from justice wanted out of Warren County Prosecutor’s Office and for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Mansfield Township. On 06/05/15 at approximately 7:55 AM, patrol responded to a residence in the 80 block of Lock St. in Washington Township to locate Ms. Fisher. At that time, the officer made contact with Ms. Fisher and she was taken into custody without incident. Ms. Fisher was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

06/05/15 WTPD arrested Autumn Dourourips-Ur, age 19, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/05/15 at approximately 10:02 PM, patrol encountered Ms. Dourourips-Ur who was causing a disturbance and walking in the roadway on Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. Ms. Dourourips-Ur was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a court date.

06/06/15 WTPD arrested Walter Wester, age 28, of Oxford NJ, for obstruction of the administration of law, disorderly conduct and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/06/15 at approximately 2:30 AM, patrol encountered a belligerent and partially naked male on S. Lincoln Ave and W. Washington Ave (Rte. 57 W) in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation revealed that Mr. Wester had an outstanding $1000.00 out of Hackettstown. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

06/07/15 WTPD arrested David Kenworthy Jr., age 24, of Somerville NJ for a $400.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. On 06/07/15 at approximately 7:32 PM, patrol observed Mr. Kenworthy, who was known to have outstanding warrants, walking on School St. in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Kenwothy, confirmed the active warrant and took him into custody without incident. He was processed and released after posting bail.

06/07/15 WTPD arrested Tyler Thomas, age 21, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/07/15 at approximately 9:15 PM, patrol was alerted to fireworks in the area of the 20 block of Jackson Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Thomas being charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

06/08/15 WTPD arrested Gordon Jackson, age 28, of Beverly NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Jackson was processed and released after posting bail.

06/08/15 WTPD arrested Gennadiy Stunis, age 55, of Staten Island NY, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/08/15 at approximately 1:14 PM, patrol was dispatched to the Lukoil on Rte. 57 E. in Washington Borough for a dispute. The investigation resulted in Mr. Stunis being charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date.

06/09/15 WTPD arrested Francis Walker age 36, of Brooklyn NY and Ruth Evans, age 24, of Queens, NY, for shoplifting. On 06/09/15 at approximately 3:07 ZPM, patrol was dispatched to the A&P on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township for a reported shoplifting. Upon the officer’s arrival an investigation was conducted that revealed that Ms. Walker and Ms. Evans had shoplifted over $200.00 each worth of merchandise. Both were processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $5000.00 bail.

06/10/15 WTPD arrested Richard Catena, age 36, of Hackettstown NJ, for a contempt of a Superior Court order. Mr. Catena was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

06/10/15 WTPD arrested Haley Ramirez, age 28, of Washington NJ, for the possession of (CDS) marijuana less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 6/10/15 at approximately 11:35 PM, officers were dispatched to a report of a female causing a disturbance in front of Scotties Stadium Cub in the first block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. Upon patrols’ arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Rameriz was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance, possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ms. Ramirez was processed and released with a court date.

06/10/15 WTPD arrested Tanner Golovko, age 21, of Glen Gardner NJ and Heather Sherman, age 21 of Washington NJ. 06/10/15 at approximately 11:43 AM, patrol was dispatched to New Bold Court in Washington Township for a dispute. The investigation resulted in Ms. Sherman being charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a court date. Mr. Golovko was found to have an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Raritan Township. Mr. Golovko was processed and released with a new court date after posting bail.

06/11/15 WTPD arrested James Wilkins, age 53, of Washington NJ for outstanding warrants totaling a $586.00 out of Hackettstown. Mr. Wilkins was processed and released after posting bail.

06/12/15 WTPD arrested Kevin Gulick, age 25, of Bangor Pa, for a $1500.00 outstanding warrant out of Greenwich Township. On 06/12/15 at approximately 11:04 PM, patrol conducted a stop of a bicycle on Rte 31 N in Washington Township for riding in the roadway without lights or reflectors. A records check revealed that Mr. Gulick had an outstanding warrant. Mr. Gulick was processed and released with a new court date.

06/12/15 WTPD arrested Abel Manresa, age 25, of Washington NJ, for obstruction of the administration of law, disorderly conduct and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 06/12/15 at approximately 9:28 AM, patrol was dispatched to the Washington Kid Care and Learning Center on 70 E. Washington Ave (Rte. 57 E) in Washington Borough for a disorderly parent. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Manresa was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstruction of the administration of law and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was also found to have an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Manresa was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

06/12/15 WTPD arrested Misty Fisher-Zairo, age 29, of Washington NJ for a $493.00 outstanding warrant out of Pohatcong Township. On 06/12/14 at approximately 3:23 PM, the Homeland Security Officer, stationed at the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission Office on 404 Rte. 57 E. in Washington Township, observed Ms. Fisher-Zairo, who was known to have an outstanding warrant. The officer made contact with Ms. Fisher-Zairo, confirmed the active warrant and took her into custody without incident. She was processed and released after posting bail.

06/14/15 WTPD arrested William Shannon, age 33, of Washington NJ, for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Oxford Township. Mr. Shannon was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.
