Location: 3700 Block of Pruneridge Avenue
Dispatch was contacted when a victim returned to their home on the 3700 block of Pruneridge Avenue to learn that a suspect(s) entered their residence through an unlocked window. The victim’s home was disturbed and items were stolen. The suspect(s) remain at large.

Attempted Grand Theft
Location: 1800 Block of Agnew Road
An unknown suspect(s) hacked into the victim's bank accounts and attempted to wire transfer the victim's money to a different account. The suspect(s) were not able to complete the transaction. The suspect(s) remain unknown and at large.

Driving Under the Influence
Location: Benton Street and Curtis Avenue
An officer witnessed a vehicle turn southbound onto Pomeroy Avenue without stopping at the red light. The officer followed the vehicle as it sped for approximately one half mile. The officer initiated a vehicle enforcement stop near the intersection of Benton Street and Curtis Avenue. The male driver exhibited symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was unable to successfully complete standardized field sobriety tests. A Records check revealed the subject had a suspended driver’s license. He was arrested and booked at the Santa Clara County Jail.

Arson
Location: 2100 Block of Avenida de las Flores
An officer was dispatched, along with the Santa Clara Fire Department (SCFD), to assist with a vehicle fire near a structure. The burning vehicle had been reported stolen by the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office earlier in the morning. SCFD extinguished the primary fire as well as a pile of rubbish on the 2200 block of Calle de Primavera.

Warrant Arrest – Felony
Location: 3200 Block of Mission College Boulevard
An officer conducted a vehicle stop for multiple vehicle code violations. The officer made contact with the male driver and two male passengers. The rear passenger provided the officer with two false names before providing his real identity. A Records check confirmed he was a wanted felon with State Parole. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence
Location: Woodhams Road and Stevenson Street
A reporting party called Dispatchers to report a vehicle, with a flat tire, that had collided into her neighbor's parked vehicle and continued to drive away. An officer located the vehicle, and its female driver, near the second collision. The driver did not have an odor of alcohol but failed the standardized field sobriety tests. As it turns out, the subject was under the influence of prescription medication(s). She was arrested and transported to the temporary holding facility.

Traffic Accident
Location: Lafayette Street and Calle de Primavera
A commercial truck driver made a right turn at the intersection of Lafayette Street and Calle de Primavera. During the movement, some low hanging wires were ripped from the pole and laid across the roadway. The damage forced the closure of both northbound lanes. City crews and AT&T technicians were able to clean up the downed wires in approximately two hours.

Location: 4200 Block of Great America Parkway
Sometime between 6-11-15 at 2315 hours and 6-12-15 at approximately 0130 hours, an unknown suspect(s) broke the victim's rental vehicle window and stole several items from the trunk. The unknown suspect(s) remain at large.

Weapons
Location: 4100 Block of Stevens Creek Boulevard
An officer observed a 'hand to hand' narcotics drug transaction in a parking lot on the 4100 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. The officer contacted and detained both male suspects at the scene. Suspect
#1 was under the influence of a narcotic stimulant. Suspect #2 was in possession of an unloaded revolver. A Records check revealed suspect #2 was a convicted felon. Both suspects were arrested and
transported to the Santa Clara County Jail.
