Carson wins All-America City Award. Gang Diversion Team Program contributes to achievement. 
Each year the National Civic League recognizes ten communities for outstanding civic accomplishments. To win, hundreds of communities compete by demonstrating their innovation, inclusiveness, civic engagement and collaboration.
Carson Station's Gang Diversion Team leader, Deputy Fred Noya, assisted in the competition by presenting the Gang Diversion Team Program as part of the City of Carson's presentation.
