Synopsis: A 40 year old female and her 6 year old daughter passenger were travelling southbound 1400 Cam Del Sur. The driver got distracted and crossed over into the bike lane and struck a bicyclist. The bicyclist was pronounced deceased at the scene. San Diego Police Traffic Division is investigating.
