Child Abduction Update - The child has been found safe and the suspect is in-custody. 
Sunnyvale DPS has found the child and taken the suspect into custody without incident. The child does not appear to have been injured or harmed during this event. Sunnyvale investigators continue to follow-up on the case. Anyone that has information related to this event is requested to contact the Sunnyvale Investigations unit at (408)730-7120.
