Two Arrested in Terre Haute Meth Investigation
Vigo County—This afternoon at 1:54, Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Troopers from the Putnamville Post descended upon 2155 Clay Avenue in Terre Haute to investigate persons wanted on warrants. Troopers also developed information the persons may be involved in illegal drug activity. During a search of the resident’s garage area, troopers located numerous items related to current and past methamphetamine production and items of paraphernalia. Remnants of a recent lab were located, but no finished product was found.
Arrested: Joseph Robert Goda, age 42, of Terre Haute, IN.
Charges: Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of
Precursors, Illegal Dumping of Controlled Waste, and Maintaining a Common
Nuisance…….Plus a Vigo County warrant for Possession of Precursors..
Arresed : Onica L. Deakins, age 42, of Terre Haute, IN.
Charges: Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of
Precursors, Illegal Dumping of Controlled Waste, and Maintaining a Common
Nuisance…….Plus a Vigo County warrant for Failure to Appear on charges of of Chemical Possession.

The case was investigated by ISP Meth Suppression Troopers Shilo Raulston and B.J. Patterson. They were assisted by Master Trooper Jason Schoffstall.
Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
