MOSES LAKE, Wash. (04JUNE2015) – A Moses Lake man was seriously injured after his 2013 Yamaha motorcycle, traveling southbound on McLaughlin Road NE, collided with a Chevy Equinox traveling northbound at approximately 6:20pm yesterday. The motorcycle was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed when it collided with the Equinox making a left turn onto McAndrews.
The driver of the motorcycle, Nicholas Brubaker, age 27, sustained unspecified injuries after being thrown from his motorcycle. He was transported to Samaritan hospital and then later transferred to Providence Sacred Heart in Spokane. His condition is not known at this time.
The driver of the Chevy Equinox, Miguel Villafana, age 20, sustained minor cuts and was not transported.
