AVOID S Royal from Magnolia to Dr. MLK, Jr. Tues, 6/2/15 now until complete, (weather permitting) for storm drain pipe repair 
The Engineering Department has been notified by the City of Jackson's Stormwater Operations Department that they will temporarily close all northbound lanes of S. Royal Street from Magnolia Street to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, beginning Tuesday, June 2, 2015, from NOW until FURTHER NOTICE (weather permitting). The lane closures will be closed to ALL THRU TRAFFIC. All homeowners & businesses will have access to their property. The road closure is to repair a collapsed storm drain pipe under the road. Detour route: Take Magnolia to Short to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive.
