...A FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR THE FOLLOWING... Lower Rouge River...Rouge River. Heavy rainfall during Saturday and Sunday amounted to 2 to 4 inches over much of southeast Michigan. Heavy rain ended earlier Sunday afternoon and ended completely by Sunday evening. This will allow rivers to crest and then begin falling quickly during the night. * Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
